Mission
The
mission of the Maine Task Force on Cardiovascular Prevention and Health
Care is to improve cardiovascular outcomes for individual patients by
improving cardiovascular prevention within the context of the
relationship between the patient, the providers and the healthcare
system.
The
Task Force is representative of a broad coalition of cardiac rehab
nurses, physicians, and hospital representatives with the goals of
coordination, networking, and advocacy for common project addressing the
mission. It meets quarterly in different regions of the
